Welcome
I'm so glad you found us! Please excuse the grammatical errors and possible jumps in thought as you read through my posts - I am often pulling together these posts during nap time or later in the evening. When I started this blog, it was simply for the sake of having a place where I could gather all of my thoughts, daily joys and struggles. It was my space to actually think through one whole and complete thought (which motherhood had turned into a disappearing act!). While my heart for this blog is still much the same, I know I find it incredibly helpful to read posts from other moms and feel that sense of community in knowing it really does take a village! We are not alone. My name is Taylor and I married my husband, Chris, on 6.20.14. We love to celebrate holidays, hike and travel - I never knew someone could be more excited for birthdays or Christmas than I am! I love my husband. God has abundantly blessed us with our sweet son, Samuel, and we are taking every opportunity to cherish, encourage, and grow with him. Samuel is at the end of his first year and we are preparing to celebrate his first birthday on 3.18.16! Time has never gone faster!
Above all else, I pray that as you read through my posts you will see the hope we have in Jesus as the common thread. I pray also that you too become rooted and established in Jesus Christ, finding your complete satisfaction and significance in Him because He cannot and has not failed. This is the same prayer that I pray for our son. Thanks for joining us, dear friends!
"That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God."
- Ephesians 3:16-19
